A fun class which runs on Thursdays in our Mount Maunganui Mat studio (Kaha room), where Mums attend with their babies and enjoy the many benefits exercise has to offer as a duo. Your Instructor Shelley has many years experience in Post natal exercise. She offers a fusion class with a mix of Yoga, Pilates and gentle Barre exercise to bring you a unique workout to replenish your body after pregnancy. The classes are suitable from 6 weeks postpartum and babies/children up to school age can be brought along. Anything can happen in this class so come prepared to stretch, relax and enjoy the fun with other Mums.
You can join the class anytime, your 6x class pass will activate the day of your first visit and you'll have 2 months to use your classes.
