Fun and energetic, our Barre classes includes a combination of choreographed dance, Pilates and cardio.
Add in funky music, energetic instructors and a fun vibe and you can see why they're fast becoming so popular.
If you've never done barre Pilates before, don't worry. Our Barre classes are suitable for anyone from beginners to advanced exercisers; you simply work at your own pace and your own level.
You don't need any kind of dancing or ballet experience and you can even join in our barre Pilates classes if you're pregnant; although you should let us know that you're pregnant before you start the class.
During the class you'll work your heart and muscles, as we put you through a cardio workout combined with resistance exercises to help to sculpt muscle while strengthening your core.
