The class consists of breathing exercises and relaxation techniques to help relax your mind, and yoga poses and flowing sequences to move and stretch your body.
Suitable for any age, stage and ability, you will be guided through a variety of seated, standing and inverted postures where the emphasis is on mindful movement, increasing flexibility and improving posture. BEGINNERS WELCOME!
