Want to keep active during your pregnancy?

This prenatal Reformer class is designed to give you an effective full body workout and keep you moving safely at any stage of your pregnancy.
Through regular weekly practice, prenatal Pilates can help reduce stress, improve sleep and ease the common aches and pains of pregnancy.

Our 8 weeks program runs on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 6.30pm at Mount Maunganui Studio.

Each 8 week term is $160*

No previous Pilates experience required.
