Welcome to the world of Pilates. Leaders in our craft, Encore Pilates offer a wide variety of different group classes from studios at our Mount Maunganui, Bethlehem & Pyes Pa studios.

Pilates classes consist of both Reformer and Matwork sessions, often integrating the use of small props to facilitate or intensify good movement.

Starting at the very beginning, we have low intensity starters classes to focus on restoring core strength and flexibility, through to more intermediate & advance classes where clients are really ready to experience the full benefits of a Pilates workout.

We offer over 50 classes so there is something for everyone.

This is by far our most popular class. The reformer ads resistance to the Pilates exercises via the use of springs.



Matwork pilates is a fantastic way to mobilise the spine, increase core strength and improve joint stability while building that ultimate mind-body neuromuscular connection.



A more intimate and personalised workout designed to help you achieve your personal goals.



This class consists of breathing exercises and relaxation techniques to help relax your mind, and yoga poses and flowing sequences
to move and stretch your body.
